These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Guide, a desktop app that helps blind and low vision users navigate inaccessible apps and websites using AI. By using Guide, you agree to these terms.

What Guide Does

• Takes screenshots of your screen
• Sends them to Claude (Anthropic AI) to interpret
• Simulates mouse/keyboard input to complete actions

What Guide Is Not

• A screen recorder or keylogger
• A full screen reader replacement
• Safe to use for entering passwords, handling money, or accepting terms

Your Responsibilities

• Use Guide responsibly
• Do not use it for sensitive actions or automation outside of accessibility use cases
• Understand that AI may misinterpret content or make mistakes

Subscriptions

• Guide is subscription-based and billed via Stripe
• Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid charges

Data Handling

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access if you violate these terms or misuse the app.
